What does my account include?
Every account comes with 24/7 access to our online SMS platform, and a free shared virtual number to help you get started. Track campaigns in real-time, and access special features such as email to SMS, Quick SMS, SMS API, and 1,000+ SMS integrations.

Can I change my pricing plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from Standard Volume to High Volume. You will also retain any remaining messages from your previous plan, and have that carry over to your new plan.
Do I need a virtual number?
Yes, you need to have either an active Shared Virtual Mobile Number ($19/month), or a Dedicated Virtual Mobile Number ($99/month) before you can send any messages in Singapore. Do text mesages carry over?
Yes, they will carry over from month to month, and you will have the option to access them for as long as you’re an active customer with an active virtual number. The same logic applies to your keywords.
Are there any contracts or extra fees?
Nope, there are no contracts or extra fees for our core services. All you need to get started is an SMS rate and a virtual mobile number (Shared or Dedicated).

Can I send SMS outside Singapore?
These specific pricing plan rates are limited to Singapore. However, if you would like to send to another country - please contact us. Each country has a different SMS rate depending on your message volume. If you would like an international rate, please state your message volume and when you would like to send. We send to most countries.
